Global Cobalt (formerly Puget Ventures Inc. TSX.V:PVS) is a new company, listed on the TSX.V under the ticker symbol GCO, having mineral assets in the Altai Republic of Russia and Ontario, Canada.

To emphasize the company's concentration on its growing international cobalt portfolio and to further associate it's objective of becoming a consolidator of cobalt assets globally, the company decided to change it's name to Global Cobalt Corporation.

The company has elected to maintain its existing listing on the TSX.V in the short term to focus it's energy and capital on advancing and delineating resources at its projects.  Graduation to the senior exchange still remains a corporate objective.
